with Connect Homes Limited to construct
155 housing units in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State.
According to a statement made

Business Review, the memorandum
of understanding was signed in Lagos at an event witnessed by stakeholders from
both Wemabod Limited and Connect Homes Limited.

While commenting in the agreement
between the two firms at the signing ceremony, the Chairman of Wemabod, Owodunni Opayemi, noted that the MoU
signing was a remarkable achievement that would change the future of housing in
Ekiti State.
According to him, Wemabod is steadfast
in delivering quality housing to Nigerians. He also expressed that the partnership
with Connect Homes was appropriate for the magnitude of the project owing to
its verifiable records of success in the construction industry.
The Managing Director of Wemabod,
Yemi Ejidiran, made it clear that the
partnership with Connect Homes was the first of many that Wemabod would be going
into with developers as part of its resolution to increase Wemabod’s presence
across the South West region starting from Ekiti.
In his own comment, the Chief
Executive Officer of Connect Homes Limited, Ope Akeju, stated it unequivocally that the MoU signing was a
breakthrough in the housing sector, adding that the company was delighted to
work with Wemabod in providing housing solutions to the people of Ekiti State
through this collaboration.
