This is to notify the general public that the property lying, being, situated and known as Plot No. 355, Cadastral Zone AOO, Central Business District, Abuja, Federal Capital Territory and covered by Certificate of Occupancy No. 18cew-dfc5z-620fr-46aau-20 dated the 26th day of March, 2014 and registered as No. 54469 at page 1 in volume 273 at the Certificate of Occupancy Register in the Land Registry Office, Abuja, FCT, has been purchased from Messrs. Harlesden Engineering Limited of No. 3, Williams Tolbert Close, Off Haile Selassie Street, Asokoro, Abuja by Messrs. African Reinsurance Corporation of Plot 1679, Karimu Kotun Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

African Reinsurance Corporation is presently in possession of the above-mentioned property and continues to exercise full and undisturbed possessory and proprietorship rights over and above the property.
