PUBLIC NOTICE: NATIONAL LOTTERY REGULATION

The National Lottery Regulatory Commission (NLRC) hereby brings to the notice of the general public and all lottery industry stakeholders that in the exercise of its functions; pursuant to the National Lottery Act 2005 and National Lottery Regulations 2007 (as amended) and the desire to rid the industry of ILLEGAL lottery operations as well as to instill Transparency and Accountability in the Lottery Industry, that the Commission of all Lottery Agents and Sub-agents.

This is to ensure that all agents and sub-agents are duly registered and properly certified. Only such agents and sub-agents duly registered and certified by the National Lottery Regulation Commission and/or duly authorized by state agencies will be allowed to carry on the business of lottery in Nigeria, hence-forth.

All agents and sub-agents are consequently, advised to immediately register at: registration.natlotregcom.gov.ng

The National Lottery Regulation Commission therefore seeks the co-operation of all registered operators, the Nigeria Police Force, EFCC, National Union of Lottery Agents and Employees and all other national and state agencies in making the exercise a success, for the good of the industry and our nation.

Note that Defaulters will be sanctioned.
