NOTICE OF PUBLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF AN OFF-GRID ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE (NERC/LC/048) IN PURSUANT TO SECTION 73 OF THE ELECTRIC POWER SECTOR REFORM ACT 2005

Akute Power Limited whose registered office is at 2, Ajose Adeogun Street, Victoria Island, Lagos hereby gives notice that it made an application to the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) whose principal office is situated at Adamawa Plaza, Plot 1099, 1 st Avenue, Off Shehu Shagari Way, Abuja for the transfer of its off-grid electricity generation licence No. NERC/LC/048 to Viathan Engineering Limited.

Notice is hereby given that persons who have objections to the grant of the approval to Akute Power Limited to the change of control should send their written comments clearly articulating the basis for any objection within twenty-one (21) days of this publication to:
