This is to inform the general public that Cordros Capital Limited, a licensed capital market operator registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission and a Dealing Member firm licensed by the Nigerian Stock Exchange, will be transferring its Broker/Dealer license to its subsidiary, Cordros Securities Limited.

Hence, Cordros Capital Limited will no longer operate as a stock broking house but will still maintain its license to operate as an Issuing House.
