Notice is hereby given of the amendment/rectification of the name of Ekeson Motors Agencies Limited to “E. M. Agencies Limited” in the Deed of Tripartite Legal Mortgage between E. Ekeson Bros Nigeria Limited and Ekeson Motors Agencies Limited and Keystone Bank Limited dated December 18, 2014 and registered as No. 44 at Page 44 in Volume 2080 of Land Registry in the Office at Lagos without changing the rights of the parties to the aforementioned Deeds of Tripartite Mortgage.
