Information reaching Tectono Business Review has it that NICON Insurance Limited, an insurance subsidiary of Energy Group of Companies founded by a Harvard, Oxford and Cambridge scholar, Barrister Dr. Jimoh Ibrahim (CFR), is sponsoring the 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the National Association of Microfinance Banks (NAMB) which is will take place on Saturday, 24th of October, 2015 from 9.00 am with the theme: ‘Welcome the Future’ at National Merit House Auditorium, Maitama, Abuja.

                      

We gathered that arrival and accreditation would commence on Friday, 23rd of October, 2015 as from 4.00pm.

The agenda are as follows:

1)    Transacting the following ordinary business:

·         To receive the National President’s AGM address.

·         To receive the Executive Secretary’s secretariat report.

·         To receive the Treasurer’s report on 2014 audited account ended December, 2014.

·         To receive 2014 audited account.

2)    Transacting the following special business:

·         To ratify proposed amendments to the constitution.

·         To ratify 5 years strategic and financial plan.

·         To ratify NAMB Foundation.
