GOV. UGWUANYI’S HAMMER FALLS ON ENUGU PPSMB AND GOVERNING COUNCIL

Report reaching Tectono Business Review has it that the governor of Enugu State, Rt. Hon. Chief Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, has dissolved the Post Primary School Management Board (PPSMB) Enugu.

This latest development was made known in a statement from the Secretary to the State Government, Mr. Gabriel, O.C Ajah, a few hours ago. As a result, Chief Ugwuanyi approved the reconstitution of the board with Barrister Nestor Ezeme, from Udenu Local Government Area, as its new chairman.

The statement further stated that Mrs. Favour Ugwuanyi would serve as the permanent secretary of the board, whereas Mr. Obi Kama and Mr. Clement Inyaba would serve as members. Mrs. Veronica Ezeugwu, and Mrs. Obiageli Igwesi would serve as part-time members.

Similarly, Governor Ugwuanyi dissolved the Governing Council of Enugu State College of Education Technical, with effect from October 9, 2015. In reconstituting another Governing Council, Chief Ugwuanyi appointed an erstwhile minister, Amb. Fidelia Njeze, as its new chairman.
